Do You have a Revolutionary Patriot in Your Family Tree?
Consider joining the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), a volunteer women’s service organization to honor and preserve the legacy of your Patriot ancestors. Nearly 250 years ago, American Patriots fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today.
As a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), you can continue this legacy by actively promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America’s future through better education for children. If we can help you in your membership journey, please contact us.

Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution is eligible for membership. DAR volunteers are willing to provide guidance and assistance with your first step into the world of genealogy.
